In the context of cooperation with business partners, Kocher Regalbau processes personal data for the following purposes:

• Co-communication with business partners regarding products, services and projects, e.g. to process inquiries from the business partner;
• Planning, implementing and managing the (contractual) business relationship between Kocher Regalbau and the business partner, e.g. to process orders for products and services, to collect payments, for accounting, billing and debt collection purposes and to carry out deliveries, maintenance activities or repairs;
• Conduct customer surveys, marketing campaigns, market analysis, sweepstakes, contests or similar promotions and events;
• Maintaining and protecting the security of our products and services and our websites, preventing and detecting security risks, fraudulent activity or other criminal or harmful activity;
• Complying with (i) legal requirements (e.g., tax and commercial record retention requirements), (ii) existing compliance screening obligations (to prevent white-collar crime or money laundering)
• Settling legal disputes, enforcing existing contracts and for asserting, exercising and defending legal claims.
• For the aforementioned purposes, Kocher Regalbau may process the following categories of personal data: Contact information, such as first and last name, business address, business phone number, business mobile phone number, business fax number and business email address; Payment data, such as information required to process payment transactions or prevent fraud, including credit card information and card verification numbers;
• Other information whose processing is required in the context of a project or the handling of a contractual relationship with Kocher Regalbau or which is provided voluntarily by our contacts, such as orders placed, inquiries made or project details;
• Information collected from publicly available sources, information databases or credit agencies.
• The processing of personal data is necessary to achieve the above purposes, including the implementation of the (contractual) business relationship with the business partner. The legal basis for the data processing is - unless expressly stated otherwise - Article 6 (1) (b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation or the expressly given consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation) of our contact person. If the aforementioned personal data is not provided or Kocher Regalbau is unable to collect it, the individual purposes described may not be achieved.
